What we collect
If you use our quote form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the job. We use them to deal with your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a visit and give you a quote. This website has no account or login.
Data protection
To deal with your enquiry, your details are shared with the tradesperson who carries out the work.
Lawful basis and how long we keep it
We use your details because you have asked us to (steps at your request before a contract) and because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them.
The quote form
The quote form is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadforge.co.uk. HighLevel stores and processes enquiries for us as our data processor, so your details may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms. When the form loads it receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and it stores a security cookie (__cf_bm) and some local storage entries so the form works and records which page your enquiry came from. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site. We do not use website analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it or ask us to stop. Write to 360 Media Works Ltd at the registered office address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
