Terms of use

Using this website
This website gives general information about decking in and around Darlington and lets you ask us for a free quote. By using it you agree to these terms. Who runs the site is set out in our privacy policy.
Information on the site
We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the content is general guidance, not advice for your particular garden. Nothing on the site is a price or an offer. Any price for work comes in a written quote after we have seen the job, and the terms for that work are agreed in writing before it starts.
Images
Photos on this website, where shown, are example images to give you ideas. They are labelled as examples and are not photos of particular finished jobs.
Quotes
Asking for a quote is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. We may not be able to quote for every job or every postcode.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the information on this website, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
